We inform you that this site may determine the personal data processing and the identification or the identifiability of a natural person.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING CONTROLLER
Pursuant to article 13 of the 2016 EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we inform you that the personal data processing controller (hereinafter referred to as “Controller”) is Mr. Alessandro Necchio, labor consultant and tax advisor, whose firm is located in via Sant’Antonio 2, Selvazzano Dentro (PD) (contacts: 0498056445 – fax – 0498059504 – infotudionecchio.it). You may reach out to the Controller for the exercise of the rights referred to in the policy by sending an email to the address info@studionecchio.it.
DATA PROCESSING METHODS AND CATEGORY OF PERSONAL DATA
Data processing will involve manual and automated tools just for the necessary time to achieve the goals for which these data were collected. This procedure is carried out depending on the purpose specified in the section “Types of data processed”.
To prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use, and unauthorized access to such data, specific security measures are observed. Such data processing for this web service is processed only by authorized people or by the possible external manager for maintenance operations (administrative personnel, commercial, marketing, legal personnel, system administrator).
Data could be communicated to third parties (external data processing managers) exclusively for the activities linked to the purposes specified in the privacy policy (third parties technical service providers, hosting providers, software companies). The complete list of external data processing managers can be obtained at every moment by writing to the Controller, Mr. Alessandro Necchio, to the email address specified in the paragraph “Personal data processing controller” and “Rights of data subjects”.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Browsing data
The computer systems and the software procedures for the operation of this website will acquire some of the user’s data, whose transmission is implicit within the Internet communication protocol. This information is gathered not to be associated with an identified interested party. However, due to its nature, it might help identify users through processing and association with data held by third parties. By way of example, this category involves IP addresses or computer domain names of users who connect to the site, plus other criteria about the user’s operating system and computer environment.
These data are used just to gather anonymous statistical information about the site usage and to control the correct functioning of the site. These data are also immediately deleted after processing.
Data voluntarily provided by the user (on contact demand through the form).
No data providing is required from the user for site consulting. The optional, explicit and willing sending of emails to the email addresses provided on this site through the contact demand form involves the acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary for the response to the demand, as well as other personal data inserted in the communication. Such data will be used just to fulfill the client’s demand and may be communicated to third parties just when needed.
No consent is required for data processing for these purposes, since such processing is necessary for the execution of a contract of which the user is a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted on the user’s demand (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR), as well as, where applicable, to fulfill a legal obligation (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR).
The data will be processed with suitable tools to protect the confidentiality and security of the user’s data in compliance with the privacy legislation in force.
For the processing for other purposes, in addition to those indicated above, these data are kept for the time strictly necessary to provide the user with the requested service and are deleted immediately thereafter, without prejudice to further storage obligations required by law.
COOKIES
Cookies are short text files that are downloaded to the user’s device when visiting a website. At each subsequent visit, these cookies are sent again to the website that originated them (first-party cookies) or to another site that recognizes them (third-party cookies).
Cookies allow a website to recognize the user’s device and have different purposes such as, for instance, allowing the user to navigate between pages efficiently, remember their favorite sites, and, in general, improve the browsing experience.
Based on the function and purpose of use, cookies can be divided into technical cookies, profiling cookies, and third-party cookies.
Technical cookies
“Technical” cookies are those cookies whose use does not require prior blocking and the user’s consent, as they are strictly necessary for the website to function.
These cookies are divided into:
– navigation or session cookies, which are necessary for normal navigation and use of the website (for example to authenticate and access the reserved Customers area);
– functionality cookies, which allow the user to browse according to a series of selected criteria (for example, the language) to improve the browsing experience of the website and are essentially persistent;
– “analytics” cookies, which are used to statistically (and anonymously) analyze accesses or visits to the site, exclusively for statistical purposes. Their aim is to collect information in an aggregate form without the possibility of tracing the identity of the individual user.
The aforementioned cookies can be disabled and/or deleted, through the browser settings, at any time.
Profiling cookies
Profiling cookies are used for profiling and marketing purposes.
The use of profiling cookies requires the prior acquisition of the user’s free informed consent. Consent can be revoked at any time by the user’s exercise of the right of acceptance or refusal. The refusal of consent will not affect the ability to access the website, except for the inability to access those functions or contents that make use of these cookies.
Our website uses the following profiling cookies:
Analitycsthis category includes cookies used to collect and analyze statistical information on accesses/visits to the website associated with other information, such as the credentials entered for access to restricted areas (the user’s e-mail address and password), and as such, they can be used for marketing and profiling purposes.
Widgets: this category includes all those graphic components of a user interface of a program, which aims to facilitate the user’s interaction with the program itself. By way of example, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and youtube cookies are widgets. Our website uses these cookies and presents the related plug-in buttons.
Third-party cookies
Third-party cookies are designed to create “user profiles” to send commercial messages that meet the preferences expressed during the visit or to improve the browsing experience. As described in their respective policies, this information is controlled by third-party companies (for example, Google Analitycs).
MANAGEMENT METHOD OF CONSENT TO THE USE OF COOKIES
The use of third-party analytical cookies and profiling cookies can be blocked in these situations:
– the user can refuse or oppose the treatment, for cookies collected and processed by Dr. Alessandro Necchio, even if indirectly, eg. by clicking on the appropriate banner that appears on the website;
– for third-party analytical and profiling cookies, the user can express his/her options by visiting the dedicated area of the third-party website.
The user can also configure the browser to accept or reject all cookies, or select those to which the user agrees to be installed and those which he refuses.
(OPTIONAL) CONSENT TO SENDING INFORMATION AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL
Apart from what is specified about navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data, if requested, in specific sections of the site (Contacts). The failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what is requested.
This is the specific hypothesis related, in particular, to the processing of personal data provided by the user to receive commercial, information, promotional, and advertising material (“Newsletter”). The data processed belong to the following categories: a) personal and identification data; b) contact details.
The data will be processed solely for the periodic sending of newsletters.
The processing of the user’s data for the aforementioned purpose is a requirement for sending newsletters and, consequently, in case of a lack of specific and explicit consent, the user will not be able to receive such newsletters.
If the user has already given us consent to the data processing for this specific purpose, we can continue to process the user’s data lawfully and the user can withdraw the consent at any time.
The user’s data may be kept until the consent to the processing is revoked following the decision not to wish to receive the newsletters. The revocation can be exercised at any time by sending an email to info@studionecchio.it.
The Data may be disclosed to external subjects who may be qualified as data processors or sub-processors, for activities strictly connected to the aforementioned purposes, such as communication and marketing services, technical and administrative help desk.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right to exercise pursuant to art. 15 ss. of the EU Regulation, at any time, the following rights: a) right to be informed of the purposes and methods of the processing; b) right of access; c) right to update and rectify; d) right to cancel or block data; e) right to object to processing, including opposition to automated decision-making processes, including profiling; f) right to withdraw consent; g) right to data portability; h) right to limitation of processing.
These rights can be exercised by contacting the Controller directly at the email address info@studionecchio.it. Requests will be processed at no cost to the user and processed by the Controller as soon as possible.
Furthermore, those interested in the processing of personal data have the right to complain to the supervisory authority.
CHANGES TO THE POLICY
The possible entry into force of further implementation and/or sector regulations, as well as the constant updating and expansion of the services offered to the user, may result in the need to vary the methods of processing the user’s data. It is therefore possible that our privacy policy may change over time.
It is understood that any update will be communicated to the user in a timely and punctual manner through the means deemed most suitable by the Data Controller and, first of all, by updating this web page (the date of the last revision appears at the foot of the page).
If the changes concern treatments whose legal basis is consent, the Controller will collect the user’s consent again, if necessary.
